I don't see that it would. The station is practically deserted outside rush-hour, and it's pretty quiet then compared to WHL and Bruce Grove. TFL will argue that the existing rail service is a more than adequate link to Tottenham Hale and the Victoria Line, and that a Victoria Line spur would only see serious usage maybe thirty times a year, and that just for a few hours. There are various pressure groups banging on about this, but you are always going to run into that objection.
