Are we better than Chelsea?

No, until we finish above them and we havent managed to do that for a long time. Their defence is far better then ours too, without King you can see us leaking goals.

You should cast your minds back to last season when Chelsea set off at a canter steamrolling everyone in their sight. They were everyone's sure fire bet for the title but as with football they couldn't keep it up and Man Utd took over.

The teams that start very well and usually not the ones that finish well. Bear that on mind.

It's hard to say, in terms of starting XI I think we are pretty even. They have a better defense (but our's is better when King plays probably), we have a better midfield, and our attack of Bale, VDV, and Ade compares pretty well to Torres, Mata, and Sturridge.

I suspect the difference will be that we will drop more silly points against lower teams, but that is yet to be seen. One thing though is that you know if Chelsea were in our position against Liverpool (1-0 up playing against 9 men) they would have been fucking ruthless and battered the shit out of them. We seemed to take our foot off the gas a bit, and though we scored 3 more goals, I felt that we could have beaten them by 6 or 7 if we wanted to.

Let's try finish above Arsenal before we think we better than Chelsea

The problem with us at the moment is that IF Adebayor gets injured we are fucked. We rely on him so much.

Oh and to say Chelsea got spanked at United is just not true. I thought they were the better team and Torres looked close to his best.

The other problem with spurs in recent times is a mental thing. I look at us sometimes and wonder if we truly have that winning mentality. Chelsea have this.

We will see I guess. If we finish above them we can say with no doubt we are better than them.

2) I don't agree - we should be aiming to get as many points as possible, if that doesn't mean winning the title, hope it means finishing second, if it doesn't mean finishing second, hope it means finishing third, etc.
