Sounds like sensationalist bollocks to me.

Interested to hear what source these papers have that suggest the potential new owners will look at Wenger's position.

If Carlsberg did headlines for Gooners. But they don't. Let them read tomorrow's headlines instead. COYS!

Urgh, doesn't bear thinking about them matching Chelsea and Citeh financially. Even with finanical fair play there will be loads of back doors.

Financial fair play is bollocks anyway. It's just something the FA has fabricated to pretend they are doing something for the good of football. It means sweet FA! See what I did there?

About the worst thing that could happen, apart from an alien invasion or the return of the plague.

Telegraph Sport don't publish sensationalist BS. It doesn't mean this will happen but it means the info was passed from a reputable source in apparent good faith.

If this was a goer the press would not get a sniff.

The headline would be more like. Arsenal bought for ?whatever?!

Not really because it's got sweet FA to do with the FA, it's a UEFA thing which the premier league has decided to do their own version of

I doubt it. Stan seems quite happy to sit there and bleed the club dry.

Surely if this was true the press wouldn't even find out until the deal was almost done and dusted?

Releasing this BS the day before a massive derby is mind games. The idea of this being true mentally weakens us a little and gives the goons a mental boost. Dirty bastards will do anything crooked as history as shown.

Quite odd to leak out that they are planning to bid twice the current valuation. Probably the worst negotiation tactic I've ever seen.

Was about to ask if they're truly worth £1.5 billion, but chinaspurs has answered for me. That valuation is Utd territory, hence why i was so baffled.

That's a question answered for me. I always wanted to know how much **** you can get for £1.5 billion.
