Think Lamela for Townsend will happen at some point and then I guess it depends if we are leading then Sandro will come on for Dembele or it will be Holtby if we are chasing

Defoe for Soldado looks a likely sub now late on in games.

I thought that against Swansea last week too, but we broke up their play very well. Similar story here please.
