How can they progress if they have:
a small fanbase
Not much money coming in
They have a high turnover of players each summer
Anybody decent almost certainly leaves at the end of the season

I was maybe a bit harsh but I just think he isn't half as clever as is made out, they try and play the right way but are consistently shocking at the back and show no improvement. If you keep making the same mistakes season after season then I question why he can't see it and insist on playing the same way. Its admirable I guess but foolhardy.
