As someone else said earlier in the day, the players who have scored 7 out of our last 8 goals are on the bench today. Adebayor's clearly playing poorly, Soldado hasn't been able to buy a goal since joining Spurs, and the striker who got a hattrick in his last start isn't playing today. We need GOALS, and Harry Kane is our best chance at getting them: PLAY HIM!

People who keep talking about the players being so much worse than usual, please explain the following: Last season, this exact same squad, more or less, earned 69 POINTS, which was one of our highest point totals in the Prem era. What has changed since then? AVB was fired, with the support of many here, after earning 27 points from 16 games with a lesser squad than this that was full of injuries.

It's not all down to Poch, but his judgment needs to be massively questioned. His team selections, from Chiriches earlier in the season, to Kaboul to Adebayor, have cost us dearly. No matter how many times people repeat cheap platitudes about "Give it time," Daniel Levy is not going to watch the brand of his prized investment collapse in worth without doing something. He isn't going to net spend in January, so there is only one solution if we don't start getting results before December. It would be the wrong choice, but then, maybe it would shine the spotlight on Levy's action a bit more, too.

we need to play with more urgency,

we are to stretched on the break - how often this year have teams had a man over against us?

Move Eriksen to centre mid and put Lamela into the side and Mason holding.

We need to go for it

I'd have Adebayor off, put Lamela on, push Soldado up. But now we are one down I'm guessing Pochettino will be scared of taking off a striker in case he gets criticised.

Rose's defending for that goal was diabolical, but to be fair, it's endemic of lots of sloppy, lazy shit throughout this game though.
Personally I'd sub Ade for Kane.

Worst thing is - I think we have found our current level - and I really mean this.
Brighton or a Greek team (with a 7500 capacity) at home and we can cope.
I'm very worried at our current state - I just can't see the light.
CentreBacks - Joke.
FullBacks - Doing what?
Midfield - Non-existant.
Width - Non- existant
Upfront - Between them? Two league goals all season.
Someone show me the light?!?! Pleeeaaasseee!

Saving Grace - Hugo Lloris - poor fella.
You forgot to mention the manager.

We need a Gallas type figure back in the squad.

Seriously. Someone to throw a fucking spaz at his team mates and force them to man up.

Not sure this counts as knee jerk anymore.
Yes of course, change upon change upon change has proved so successful. Look where its got us.

Lets carry on down that road then. Want it, want it now and anything else is not acceptable.

The problems at Spurs aren't with the manager. But fuck it, lets keep changing him. It'll get better. Honest.

Villa fans tend to get a lot of abuse but to their credit it's amazing how they've kept this minutes silence going for over 45 minutes.
