SegregationI just did a bit of research of International and Cup matches at Wembley and found there were 89472 for the 2017 FA Cup Final, so where the extra 6,000 seats are I am not too sure
Segregation
Ahh that’s so close, I knew it was 83k something in that game. It’s annoying because tickets were completely unavailable for the last 10 days. My son paid £130 for a £35 today and I could only get one on 3 memberships . Anyway a small complaint on an otherwise great day.38 short of all time English league record apparently.
83,268 at Maine Road for Utd (yeah, weird) v Arsenal in 1948.
So many people in today. There was a fight at half time behind block 135 between spurs fans and some staff, it was just rammed solid and at half time the beer queues were miles long, and half the stadium missed Kane’s goal.
As usual, 15 seats around me empty!
Never bother with half time refreshments. Not worth the hassle at any stadiumSo many people in today. Yes, that does seem a lot of seats even allowing for a bit of segregation. There seemed to be a block on the top tier over by the Gooners where the first two rows were empty....
Even allowing for that, can't work out where the extra 6000 sits..
The wartime damage to Old Trafford put it out of action until 1949.83,268 at Maine Road for Utd (yeah, weird) v Arsenal in 1948.
