It wasn't a tear he was still walking on it and the physio was stretching it when he came on, looked like a strain at most which means approx 2 weeks out I'd say. He could probably have done with a rest anyway but shame he will probably miss Everton away now.

Apparently he tried coming back on the pitch to carry on but we didn't let him. Probably a minor strain.

Tottenham manager Andre Villas-Boas on injuries to Michael Dawson and Gareth Bale in the 3-0 win at Fulham: "They are not very serious and hopefully we will have them both back soon." This kind of works in our favour, AVB will now not be able to pick Bale for a match he should really be rested in. We can beat Panathanikos without Bale, he needs to be rested so he doesn't get more serious injuries, there was no contact, were lucky he did not get a more severe injury.
