What's silly of you is looking for some sort of perfect player who happens to play for spurs! Of course he has faults, 99% of players do and if he didn't love to run with power and shoot instead of pass we wouldn't have all he goals to have enjoyed. When he is wide he delivers a cross, when he is in site of goal he shoots. The fact that its led to a few goals is a good thing as shows how hard his shots are to deal with.
In Gareth Bale I believe we have got a player who in 5 years time when he is playing for Madrid will be easily regarded as one of the best. Enjoy him why we have him, no one else can do what he does limitations aside.
