When it comes to great goals though, basically any goal scored by Marco Van Basten, far and away the greatest striker I have ever seen play live.

No, I never saw Greaves live, but I've seen footage and the similarities are remarkable, notably the acceleration over 5-10 yards and the clean striking of the ball, I don't think I've ever seen Van Basten scuff one in.
One area where I think Van Basten had no peers is in the air, 6'2" with a superb leap and could get immense power in a header.

Check him out on YouTube, total Rolls Royce of a striker. His goals per game ratio is insane as well, not far short of a goal a game.

The scissor kick was for Wales against Spain. It's on YouTube and Hughes reckons it's the best goal he ever scored.

It was about 20 yards out too, but awesome technique
