Bellew shrugging Eddie Hearn off his back grumpily and making him look like a mug...**chef's kiss**

What's going on here then? Haye not acknowledging the injury. Was it all fake. Feels somewhat odd.

Listening on the radio and they're talking about how surprising it is that the two fighters are being so nice and respectful to each other after the fight after cussing each other repeatedly during the build up.

Have they ever watched boxing before?

They only threw in the towel because of the leg right? didn't look like he was badly hurt from punches at all, would Bellew take a rematch knowing it took 5 rounds to beat him 1 legged and that wasn't even anything to do with what he did?

Was a good scrap up until the injury, then it was a foregone conclusion with Haye propped up in the corner barely able to put weight on that leg.

I don't think anyone really wins from that. Alright Bellew has gone up to HW and pulled off a massive shock on paper, but its fairly tainted win. As for Haye no idea what he does now.

Completely agree, it's a hollow win really, I'm just not show how much of the media will play into the fact that the injury completely changed the fight. Going on the post match commentary and such they seem to be focusing on the fact that the underdog just pulled off a massive shock, obviously ignoring the actual story of the fight.

Christ, are these two on a loop?

I've got a lot of respect, he hit me hard tonight, harder than I have ever been hit, if he would oblidge me a rematch I would be happy, if the fans want it.........

Why do Sky always apologise for any bad language? It's almost midnight for heavens sake.

Yeah, always happens. That's why my favourite fights are the ones with the winner cursing the opponent :ROFLMAO:

I just think all fighters have so much tension that's built up for months there is just a massive weight off their shoulders once the fight is over and is almost like a big relief.

What options has Bellew got other than the rematch? He isn't a world level heavyweight.

Think Haye was faking it to be honest. He doesn't care about his record anymore, he just wants to spin money by generating interest in a rematch. It's all been a marketing exercise by him. Leg stuff looked fake as fuck to me and it was like he was actually trying to get himself knocked out but Bellew doesn't have it in him to knock out a HW

It's also almost impossible to sell a fight when the fighters are pally pally in the build up etc
Same happens in UFC.
It's all about the promotion

Na, he's just being humble. He knows how much stick he got with the toe incident and I don't think he wants to look like a sore loser in any way. He obviously knows full well the injury changed the fight.

During the fight I disagree. Post fight I agree.
