Exactly. He barely jabbed for the first half of the fight. If you're planning on going for a big punch then you need to set it up. Jab jab, find the range, get the opponent more focused on covering up and lay it on the.....the exact way AJ did against Wallin.Thing is with Wilder he's not even 'going for the KO' he's waiting, waiting, waiting for the opportunity for a counter punch KO, he's got heart and a big punch but nothing else and doesn't like it when someone puts it on him. He's used to smashing tin cans, and it's obviously a get out of jail card he's got but very limited boxing ability.
I can believe he's only 23 with 19 odd professional wins. He boxes like a seasoned veteranThere was a good fight a few weeks ago Rodriguez vs Edwards
These guys in the lower divisions dont get the hype or love, but the fights are what 5x better than heavyweightI can believe he's only 23 with 19 odd professional wins. He boxes like a seasoned veteran
That's it for me. Last night everyone worked together and got the event put together. The one massive positive from last night is Warren and Hearn working together… maybe, just maybe it will mean that the biggest fights can be made. One can dream.
He knows why he lost and he's doing his best to make it out to be a blip rather than the norm. Trying to stay in the money game for another big fight before he retires.Look at this post on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/share/v/QUhTCaqM83jXuwXQ/?mibextid=WC7FNe
No idea if the link will work. Wilder was deluded thinking he’d won but he has taken the defeat well.
I think they got no choice now. Wilder has been found out as one trick, Fury has lost his edge and got badly shown up against Ngannou and AJ needs to fight big to stay in the money leagues. This time next year Fury will be spent force and the fight will be a non-entityThe one massive positive from last night is Warren and Hearn working together… maybe, just maybe it will mean that the biggest fights can be made. Or give the judges ear plugs so they're not influenced by home crowdThat's it for me. Last night everyone worked together and got the event put together.
Another big plus is it seems like every fight night people complain about judge decision, the hometown fighter usually getting the nod. Last night the 2 fights that went to points were easy calls but the judges got them both exactly right. Taking out home advantage might result in better judge decisions.
Ultimately I very rarely go to watch boxing live. I watch it on TV. While the atmosphere could be better, it didn't really take away from my viewing experience.
I just want the big fights to happen.
Think that’s a big risk from Joshua
Was just too heavy handed for Smith.I only saw extended highlights but Beterbiev seemed to breeze past Callum Smith.
Beterbiev vs Bivol has to happen.

Parker will make Zhang look very averageZhang vs Parker seems likely to happen on the Joshua vs Ngannou card.
Zhang does have an ability to get his shots off though so Parker will have to be on his his bike the whole night.Parker will make Zhang look very average
