I think Richy now realizes that he has had more than enough chances to cement a place in the starting eleven.

When you look at the quality of each of those goals today, could anyone have seen Richy finish any of those chances?

He looks worse with every passing week at the moment. I don’t think he will be with us this time next year.

Just watched the goals. We all know Son can finish. He should definitely be the CF. He's absolutely clinical.

The energy from Maddison is infectious and the team is being elevated.

I also want to say Solomon's two assists for Son might look simple, but I think they're brilliant. Great, composed decision making and knew when to release the ball for the opening.

Great to see. What a difference we are this season already. Big up Ange.

Yeah, Solomons assists are those passes where watched once they look simple passes to make, but he played them with a great angle and weight that meant it made it simpler for Son.

I was encouraged by Solomon today after a very poor showing in the cup, he looked much more comfortable on the left and with better players around him. Thought his decision making was pretty good and has a great burst of acceleration to get into space and drag defenders all out of position. He made a few mistakes, mishit some passes, lost the ball a few times, but usually was trying to do the right thing and just didn’t quite execute it - hopefully as he gets some minutes with Maddison, Udogie, Son, those linkups will improve and he might be a real contributor for us.

Get ready for a neg rating from John Weldon.
Not at all Japh, I actually agree! But come on mate he’s got a hit-rate of 1 out of 4! Let’s not pretend he covered himself in glory with the 3 previous appointments! But yes you’re right; Levy deserves huge credit for bringing him to the Club. Ange is absolutely brilliant; a breath of fresh air who’s got us falling in love with our team again by playing football the Tottenham Way. All the more reason then, wouldn’t you say, for Levy to back Ange with the players this brilliant manager wants and needs? And if he doesn’t, if he fails to give Ange say, the second CB he’s been asking for, I’d hope you and your pals would put your loyalty to our brilliant manager and the exciting team he’s forging before your loyalty to Levy and the Board and call them out for it instead of trying to excuse or justify a persistent failure to give successive managers want they need. It would be a crying shame if Ange is left short just when he’s giving us our Tottenham back. It’s already clear he deserves better than that.

The biggest compliment I can pay to Ange is , my 8 year old son who hated watching football with me under Conte is actually enjoying watching us play right now and I am so glad we can bond over football . Long may this continue. COYS
