Cameras at Wembley?

On the terms and conditions that come with the ticket, it says no equipment capable of recording audio or visual material may be brought into the stadium. The last two times Ive been I've had only a mobile phone with a camera on but I'd really like to bring my camera and take some decent pictures. It's not a professional SLR camera but it is decent - Canon G9 for those who know about such things. Does anyone who's been to Wembley more than me know whether I'm likely to have this taken off me at the turnstiles if I bring it - obviously don't want to risk being left at the gate with nowhere to put it if they dont let me in with it!

Will be fine during today's game there was an everton fan taking photos whilst the camera had a close up on him

Yeah you'll be fine, so long as you're not running around snapping things like a pro/knob they won't bat an eyelid.
