Yes but only due to the fact they're owned by a group, same as Man City. Individual wealth Abramovich is richer. I think he's richer than City's lot individually too, and Monaco's owner. The list I seen only Usmanov at Arsenal was richer

It has but the keys in the title "from 2015". Comes into effect next season.
