Thought I'd kick one off for tonight's games.

Man United away to PSV and Man City at home to Juve.

Suffice to say, I am watching the Juve game and hoping that Juve get a decent result out of it. City are in fine form and Juve are struggling. 3 games in with no wins, missing the genius of Pirlo and talismanic tenacity of Tevez and Vidal, Pogba in terrible form.

0-5 to Juve it is then! :p

and now Bale is down holding his ankle.

Unlucky for Shaw. Hope it's not as bad as everyone says.

Shaw broken something, ankle or leg, season over

Ouch, he hasn't had a lot of luck with injuries.

Griezmann tearing it up for Atletico. Great little player.

BT Sports online player is brilliant, by the way. You can watch other games and highlights in a window whilst watching your game. Plus, it gives you all the stats. It looks like Football Manager (but with better graphics).

As that an app, or just via a browser?

It doesn't sound good, poor bloke. It sounds like they took ages getting him off. Must be very serious.

Danny Roses chances of getting an England call up have just gone up though.

It was sadly - he had the "floppy lower leg moving in unnatural angles" thing going on. Real shame for the lad, and England. What an utterly terrible move United has been for him. Opportunity for Danny Rose perhaps.

Hodgson won't pick Rose. He'll probably go for Joe Gomez from Liverpool first.

There's a picture on the BBC match feed (20:09) of Shaw flying through the air after the challenge and there appears to be a pointy bit protruding from his right sock where there shouldn't be one... I imagine Moreno will be gutted having been on the receiving end himself.

Just watched the Shaw incident. You can see when he hits the ground and rolls over that his leg is flopping below the knee. Could be a double leg break, looks awful. Poor git.

Shaw's bone appears to be pointing through his skin stretching the sock. Nasty leg break. Brings back the memories of Kevin Ware's injury a few years ago during the NCAA tournament. That injury was nightmare fuel for days.
