Objectively Liverpool have had the easiest way towards the semifinals of all the english teams. Kudos to them for beating City even though I feel as they rode their luck in that one. They are destined to draw Roma in the semifinals and in the final anything can happen. If Liverpool would win it I'd be devastated because it could have been us lifting that trophy. At the same time it would be a lift for english football which might benefit the whole PL.

I wouldn't call them favourites to win it through. Let's leave that to the RAWK dippers.
Naa fuck the lift for english football, I hope they get battered.

The semi looked like a guaranteed giant for the winner of the City/Pool tie, but now Roma is sitting there. Klopp is good enough to get these guys to win a final over anyone.
Check Klopp's record in finals...

Don't want Juve getting anywhere near winning this tie. Not a fan of Madrid either but the best of a bad lot.

Neither do I, after our encounter I've developed a negative feeling towards them that's for sure. Only thing I do like about them is Buffon who always seems to have a bit of class about him.

That and we might need Madrid's experience of winning CL finals to stop Liverpool - Juve are awful when it comes to that.

Well that mostly to be honest. As much as I don't like Juve, if them winning meant less of a chance of Liverpool winning the thing then I'd be supporting them too but like you say, they'd probably lose the final. And I think the pace of Mane and Salah would shock them more than it would Madrid.

Madrid all over the place at the back

Can see Liverpool's name on this. Our attack made Real look like mugs and Liverpool's is more chaotic, which I'm not sure Ramos and co can deal with.

If Juve get through, Chiellini and co are bound to get sent off for the shit they were pulling on us against the Scousers.

If Madrid get through and play Liverpool then the scousers will have as much joy against their defence as we did. Worrying.

Possibly and I was going to say that Madrid's defence looks a bit worrying at the moment. Only comforting thought is that Madrid are a little improved at this stage in the competition.

Sometimes it can all depend on the occasion though, I've seen quite a few Liverpool games where Mane, Firminho and Salah do very little or don't really look in the game, only thing is one or two of them still manage to always score despite that. Whoever Liverpool face, it's how that team attack and get at Liverpool that could end up almost as important as how they defend.

Yeah, I know, they were shit yesterday and then, well, two friggin openings handed to them and they took both. Lethal considering they'd barely touched the ball all game.
