Hmmm if its a confirmed dislocated shoulder i honestly dont understand why he didnt patch it up and played on. I know it hurts but ive done it. It fucking sucks but u can still play through it. Unless its a broken leg where u cant put any weight onto it i can understand. But a dislocated shoulder? Cmon. Do u think someone like roy keane would leave the CL finals because of a dislocated shoulder? I mean i am not saying salah is wrong. But some players have played through worse. I wished he soldier-ed on
You obviously have absolutely no understanding of how bad a dislocated shoulder can be. When I did mine I could barely move.

I do feel for Karius because to do that on the biggest night of your career and such major occasion with the world watching is going to feel fucking devastated. He'll also take the lion share of the blame for defeat, despite the truth being that his team mates just didn't perform either, and were equally culpable.

Except he could still move and wasnt taken off immediately. He could still move his arms and sat up on his own without assistance meaning it hurt but not till the extent where you did yours. If it was that bad where he could barely moved(like yours) he would have been stretchered off immediately. Like i said i dont think he was wrong. I just think he was soft

Madrid held their nerve, as they always do. Yes, there was a slice of luck (or two), but despite all the talk about loads of goals they mostly defended solidly and never really gave Liverpool a chance (goal aside).

Ex-Spurs aside, I enjoyed watching Marcelo tonight. I imagine he was delighted to not have Salah to deal with.

It's not like Mel Gibson dislocating his shoulder and banging it back in, in Lethal weapon.
A dislocated shoulder needs time to heal, he would have been risking serious long term by playing on.

Nonsense. Liverpool lost their talisman to injury, hit the post, restricted Madrid to hardly any chances, and were undone by an absolute worldy and two ludicrous goalkeeping errors. It was a strange game, but no-one can say Liverpool didn't show up and perform.

I too recall those days and, quite frankly, I've really enjoyed watching this Liverpool team (albeit not so much this evening).

I think it's sad how much vitriol there is on here aimed at Liverpool - I can understand Chelsea, West Ham etc and I'm not saying Liverpool fans do themselves many favours but at the end of the day, we're football fans - we should enjoy watching good football and we definitely should have taken pleasure in the way Liverpool have played at times this year. I promise you, football is a much richer and more rewarding game when you can step back and put tribal differences aside and just enjoy it being played well. I definitely can't do it all the time but it's actually quite liberating getting behind a proper team like Liverpool despite the fact they're league rivals and cheeky whingeing bastards at times.

Liverpool fans bring it on themselves. Too good at gloating before they've won anything.

I don't like them because they've been shitty about us for years now, same West Ham. I don't like them because they made me
