Fabregas playing further forward.
I watched that, mouth agape at how staged and cynical the whole thing sounded, then watched it again to make sure I wasn't having a Jacob's Ladder moment. I cannot believe how anti-Spurs the whole thing was. And to make it worse, there was some intent to affect a sense of spontaniety that was completely unconvincing. They even tried to blame the club about the Poch announcement. And Merson looks like he's given up booze for bread- a great thatched, carbuncle head with nothing but vagueness and air in it.Can't believe how negative the whole analysis was from Sky today - even talked about how we won't be able to keep our players because they are on relatively low wages.
Unbelievable.
Our team v Chelsea
#THFC subs: Vorm, Davies, Wimmer, Carroll, Chadli, Mason, Clinton
Every time you question the other team, we don't get a good result I swearTheir team is so uninspiring
Hope we are fully at it tonight and there is no evidence (however slight) of giving up after the League was effectively gone last Monday.
Hopefully Poch would not let that sore fester among the players...
