The Premier League deadline for players to be registered for weekend games is, I have just been told, 'close of play today' (around 5pm).


Aren't Sky reporting it's 12pm today? If Veysey is right there's still time for him to be in the squad for Sunday if we complete it soon.

Just because he was announced on the OS at 3pm it doesn't mean that he wasn't registered with the Premier League then. The player was in our squad on the PL site this morning if I recall.

I would also highlight that AVB has never thrown a player in at the deep end and you don't get much deeper than the NLD at Ashburton Grove

Honestly I think we probably completed them all yesterday, idk why we're announcing them separately today but it seems like we are .

They clearly decided on reverse alphabetical order by first name. They probably figured that all three together would be too much for us to handle and that some of us would likely explode as a result.

Maybe a LB or striker or some youngster like Halilović to join in the next season. But it does seem a little excessive amount if we go in for more after Eriksen, not sure how all those new players would gell and settle in all at once.

But then again we still need some ITK for outgoings and players we loan out. If we get Eriksen done today that would leave a few days to get any other business done.
