If looking at buying or already bought in an area more chance of wanting to settle in the area, if only renting more likely still open about relocating in the future, could all be determining factors on where he will be playing next season.

I think I’ve watched pretty much every game for the past 10 years, but anyway even if his form was off when he was last with us, you’re ignoring his form for Brentford which is more relevant.

You’re also ignoring things like this which was his last season in Milan under Conte before his health issue.

I actually said "Conte didn't play him regularly at Milan" which he didn't, in 2020/2021 he started 17 games out of 38 with 9 sub appearances in Serie A, and started 1 game out of 6 with 3 sub appearances in the CL, with a total playing time of 1,492 mins which is the equivalent of 16.5 games. Now if you call starting 18 games out of 44 games a regular well there's not much more i can say !!!
And why isn't the last part of my post worth commenting on ? you said you watched Spurs so how many games did we play with a NO.10 last season ? and where will Eriksen fit into the team this coming season ?

You don’t really notice this line much when browsing this forum, but now I’m gonna take much more notice of it.
