This is a textbook Big Team v. Small Team FA Cup 4th Round tie. Big team dominates in tricky conditions, but drops a performance level due to opposition, who are motivated and gutsy.

Nothing out of the ordinary, nothing we haven't seen many times in the FA Cup for 100 years. Not at all worthy of some of the harsher criticism.

They have the worst defence in all four leagues...also in that first half I would not call the oppositions performance gutsy, we were wasteful.

I know it's the FA Cup and it throws up some odd results from time to time but we can't put every single issue down to it just being the FA Cup, we have to improve and wanting us to improve is a good thing.

Poch wouldn't just sit back and say "Well it's the FA Cup" he would be trying to improve us, nothing wrong with wanting us to be more clinical and put teams away surely?

*Edit* Like we are doing, proving that indeed we can be more clinical.

Dier for me looks pretty shaky at CB most times he plays there.

... They deserved a goal to be fair

"Chadli" will be accepted into the oxford dictionary this year.

Chadli - to perform badly but still bear fruit.

Nacer Chadli is having a proper chadli today.
