Do we know what the real salary is? I've seen everything from 90-150k.

Would seem strange for him to have agreed to any less than Son but who knows.

Goal threat definitely been missed. Without Dele the opposition knows they we pretty much rely on Kane to score most of our goals. Make life hard for Kane and half our threat is gone. Keeping an eye on Kane and Dele is a lot more of an ask, for that reason alone it's great to have him back in the team and signed up for the long term.

We’ve been suffering from some really key injuries of late. Dele, Son, Eriksen have all struggled with fitness. Hoping we can start to push on now they are all coming back.

Kane is always double marked nowadays. We need to return to the tactics of playing Dele like a second striker. They were ere both so much more effective then.

Comeon Toby you want some of that petty cash too, sign already. I think he's happy here

Christian though I've always thought it was he ultimate goal to play for Barca

I am really pleased Alli has signed up for another long term deal but the timing of this also intrigues me. Financially it must be acceptable to him but I wonder what other assurances he has been given ?. Has he had a chat with Poch to discuss the manager's personal plans for his own future or perhaps been informed of the situation regarding potential incoming transfers ??
If I was in Alli's boots I'd want to have some idea of what the plan was for the next couple of years, especially regarding keeping and improving on the current squad.

I will assume that Poch has declared his allegiance to the club for a couple more seasons at least....I will also hope that Levy is doing something in the background to make funds available in January but it's not an ideal time to be buying and prices skyrocket if clubs think you are desperate for an injection of new blood.

Very glad that he is staying and maybe 'reading between the lines' it signifies a positive future ahead for everyone at the club.

It's great news no question but this long term deal also means his transfer value increases which is key and I would not get too excited about incomings otherwise you may end up dissapointed.

Good point my friend but then again 'ending up disappointed' is not exactly a rare experience for a Spurs supporter as we both well know (y)(y)

I am optimistic that we'll make incoming signing(s) in January.
