As @Rob alluded to, on the 27th August, the academy changed its name so maybe it's just a rejig as some other people mentioned

That company is purely the training ground.
It holds the asset (£ 129m) and leases it out to the Football club, that is its sole purpose. It is just a protection, if for example someone sued the Football club and it went out of business, we would still own the training ground (similarly stadium will be in a separate company, and I would not be surprised if the name Tottenham Hotspur FC is owned by another one, and club is charged royalties to use it)
Quite possibly they will be appointing Trevor Birch as director of it, if as per the announcement he is taking over the training ground, but no idea why would remove Donna

Just one of those miss directed rage things is all. she's just a normal person who seemingly does lots of good charity work at the club. More of a joke. A while back there was talk that DC Spur or something was her account on here can't remember how that panned out.

Actually Hitchen and Birch have both been made directors of that company, the one Cullen resigned from (paperwork only uploaded today)
