Apart from the obvious height difference I'm buggered if I can distinguish the two through beer goggles.

Don't think the commentators could either!

What a result. What a game.

It's all in the boots mate, but can see where your coming from.

Yea I've picked up on the boots too, their stature is almost identical, so it's the only way really. Obviously their positions too, but when they overlap.....not so easy

you can spot which one is ekotto by the silly 40 yard passes that go to the opposition. pienaar keeps it short and simple. (in case anyone thinks otherwise i am not having a go at ekotto although that is his weakness)

Pienaar has really added more to our squad than I thought he would

it's easy, ekotto's the one running around all relaxed, pienaar is the one running around looking like he wants to kill somebody. (cue the talking head, psycho killer track)

I'm not the only one who thinks Benny was immense tonight am I? After the sweeping statements made by Alan Hansen after the Everton game I'd love to just make him sit and watch the 90 minutes from tonight's game and tell me what, if anything, Benny did wrong during the entire game. Yeah he played a lot of hopeful long/diagonal balls second half which came to nothing but they at least gave our defense time to regroup and push up. The alternative would be to dwell on the ball/turn back into trouble.

He was tremendous. Take a bow BAE.

There was one point when Ray Wilkins praised Piennar for defending so well, stating that this was the very reason he's got the nod over Niko.

Only problem was, it was Benny.

Pienaar looks like a pretty girl (I asked Jamie if he'd smash it, he said no) whereas Benoit has more of a Snoop Dog thing going on.
