If I knew how to do it on an IPhone I’d point you to posts back in 2019 which show you what people on here thought then. It’s not my memory that’s faulty.
Mate. You have a Nokia 3310. Stop the bullshit

Yep , and 12 months later the squad was dead on its feet, burnt out. And the results we got were from the sheer brilliance of our front four of Kane, Eriksen, Son and Dele. Poch didn’t have to coach them, and wouldn’t have known how to if he had.
Part of me wants him back now to prove how useless he is.
Or prove me wrong, obviously…
I would agree that he was getting a lot of stick by the end - clearly not from everyone but there was definitely a sense that he'd reached the end of the road. Clearly not everyone, including your good self was enamoured with the idea of Mourinho replacing him..I’m judging him on his ability as a coach, the ability to make 10 outfield players more than the sum of their parts, and in my opinion he was very poor at that. And I can remember when most on here felt the same way.
I hate the way he turned the most talented squad we’ve had since the sixties into an effort team.
But he literally made the team that become the best in the last decades??.I’m judging him on his ability as a coach, the ability to make 10 outfield players more than the sum of their parts, and in my opinion he was very poor at that. And I can remember when most on here felt the same way.

Yeah.Agree with this. It would be complete bullshit.
Tbh though while we're 4th in the table, or at least in with a good chance of finishing 4th, I doubt Levy will pull the trigger. Makes no sense. Especially as Conte hasn't lost the dressing room, and we've still been picking up results, albeit punctuated by frustrating losses.
It's in no way comparable to sacking Mourinho, who it was clear had lost the dressing room, and spent nearly every post match interview throwing players under the bus.

I’m sorry, you’re right. It is nonsense. Sherwood didn’t have the highest win percentage of any Spurs manager. Pochettino wasn’t close to getting the boot before Harry Kane’s free kick against Villa. It was all brilliant, all of the time and we won every game 9-0.Nonsense, Vertonghen was shocking under Sherwood, as was Rose, most fans had both on their "need to get rid of" list.

Hello….is there anybody in there? Just nod if you can hear me? Is there anybody home?.I’m judging him on his ability as a coach, the ability to make 10 outfield players more than the sum of their parts, and in my opinion he was very poor at that. Don’t mean to ruin your hopes but I’d suggest seeing what trix posted in the Djed Spence loan thread. If Conte leaving is pretty much set in stone, even if it’s not but still very likely, i really really hope we have started giving serious thought to who could come next. I really don’t want us floundering around all summer again. It would be nice to work with a shortlist that we have decided upon prior and that we stick to. No excuse not to really as it really does look like he’s off in the summer.
So 10/1 as next manager to go seems to be better odds than say the 7/10 on offer that Milan get through.Strong hints coming through that everything rests on Michael Caine's shoulders. We shall see.
Thanks for the heads up. I honestly laughed out loud reading that. I’m not even surprised really. I’m genuinely surprised how we have managed to stay in the top 6, let alone get in CL, all these years with those clowns running the club.Don’t mean to ruin your hopes but I’d suggest seeing what trix posted in the Djed Spence loan thread.
No He didn't he is 8th.I’m sorry, you’re right. It is nonsense. Sherwood didn’t have the highest win percentage of any Spurs manager.
Can't prove that either way.I’m sorry, you’re right. It is nonsense. Sherwood didn’t have the highest win percentage of any Spurs manager. Pochettino wasn’t close to getting the boot before Harry Kane’s free kick against Villa.
I picked the 2 most obvious options. You’ve picked out two players, but you’ve left out many more that Poch improved substantially - Adebayor, Soldado, Kaboul, Chiriches, Yedlin, Fazio, Paulhinho, Chadli, Stambouli, Capoue and plenty others.
Even before Poch joined, I remember there were articles quoting Southampton players saying it takes 9 months for teams to adapt to his system, so it wasn't a surprise that it started slowly.Or is it in fact not nonsense and Pochettino did struggle in the beginning before he could drop many of the players mentioned and improve our tally of the previous season by a whopping 3 points?
I think you may have misread or misunderstood the point I was making - Pochettino did not hit the ground running with brilliant performances and results. It took him time to get to grips with the squad and it wasn’t really until the following season that we saw things properly take shape.
Absolute horse shit of the highest order.Yep , and 12 months later the squad was dead on its feet, burnt out. And the results we got were from the sheer brilliance of our front four of Kane, Eriksen, Son and Dele. Poch didn’t have to coach them, and wouldn’t have known how to if he had.

Must suck to be you, having a brain the size of a peanut lol.I’m judging him on his ability as a coach, the ability to make 10 outfield players more than the sum of their parts, and in my opinion he was very poor at that. And I can remember when most on here felt the same way.
