Oscar Jansson has signed a contract extension with the Club until 2012 and has agreed to join League Two side Bradford City on loan for one month.

The young Sweden goalkeeper joined our Academy in January 2008 and has since enjoyed loan spells with Exeter City and Northampton Town.

Apart from O'Hara and Woodgate, has anyone actualy left? With all the academy players awarded contracts we must have the biggest playing staff in the Premiership.

Personally with keeping these young keepers on and with Cudi n Friedel near retirement age I do hope we start promoting a kid to the bench in the next few yrs.

Keepers supposedly peak when they are older so its useful to hang onto them. I like Oscar and glad he has signed on. Button also seems half decent.
