Klinsmann vs Newcastle. 2 - 0 win on 25th April 1998. We were in a massive relegation battle. Would give my left ball to see a video of that goal again.

or you could go on Youtube.

Decisions, decisions...

The first goal that I can remember is Glenn Hoddle against Man City in 1980, the first match we went to on our season tickets although Archibald scored first in a 2-1 win

Memories........

That was my first game! The City keeper (Joe Corrigan, I think) saved a shot but couldn't hold it. Archibald slid in and toe-poked the ball past him.

Les Ferdinand for QPR against us at Loftus Road, 93/94 season.

Anderton equalised late on, I bet it was an atrocious game - the best thing about it was we were wearing that amazing yellow away strip.

I was at that, I was also there for our 4-1 drubbing at Loftus Road the previous season. Now that was a fucking atrocious game. Ray Wilkins scored with a fackin header!!

I had to meet my best mate outside, QPR supporter, grinning like the Cheshire Cat. Sad fecking times!

Steve McMahon for Liverpool
Lost 2-0, November 1987, I think it was Terry Venables first home match as manager.

Remember that one, Lane was sold out, a few people were sitting on top of the West Stand, nearly 48,000 inside...Liverpool were a fantastic side back then and only lost twice all season I think, still one of the best teams I've seen...We started well but then Hodge got sent off for elbowing Ray Houghton and they picked us off...

Gilzean, Chivers.

I don't know how to embed youtube, edit yes I do!

Brilliant. Love how at 6mins Perryman collides with the other fella and is straight back up on his feet, these days I'd expect a 5 minute stoppage.

You should see the game from the next season, I was at that one too, same score line. Look at Perrymans eye!

I believe it was Mitchell Thomas, 1987, spurs v man Utd at the Lane, 4-0 home win. Waddle and Hoddle in their last games for Spurs. What a team that was!!

Gazza vs saints at the dell,... '89

10 men Tottenham drew 1-1,.... Gazza scored a stunner right in front of me, sadly I was in the saints section with my Spurs scarf rolled up in my jacket pocket :sneaky:

Thanks for that the Lane was electric that night...

Yep I was 14 and it was quite the introduction! I was at the front of the East Stand lower terracing. After Samways scored a few romany ran onto the pitch from the Park Lane followed by half the lower East Stand. I'd never seen a punch up like it. Lineker, Gazza and the donkey came over trying to get everyone back in the stands. It was madness.

Some rozzer stood in front of me for rest of the match blocking my view.

What a night though :D

The forst goal I remember was against leeds at home in 2002. Keano scored a classic with the outside of his foot, sat in the west upper you could see it was in all the way .. Teddy got the second.

Bobby Smith's hat trick against Blackpool on 31st August 1960. I can't for the life of me remember any of the actual goals in detail (I was only 6 years old) but my uncle and I were near the tunnel and I still remember vividly the grin on the big fella's face as the team walked off.

1993 Darren Caskey. 2-1 loss to Villa in the league cup. I actually went to Old Trafford in the Hoddle and Waddle days. 1986. But it finished 0-0 bah
