Would love some good ITK popping up and saying he's on his last legs and options like Gallardo are being explored. Genuinely think it's close to negligence if that isn't what's happening behind the scenes.

Paratici had to convince Levy to give the job to Nuno. He apparently showed him videos of Nuno’s Valencia side.

It’s all on levy. He’s been in the job too long and now just gets every decision wrong. The next one coming up he’s going to get wrong is letting Lloris walk away at the end of the season.

Ten Hag was clearly the obvious choice to get us back playing the football we crave/bring through young talent yet Paratici chose Gattuso, then this bloke.
The narrative amongst fans is we rejected him, and people can believe the media/ITK rumour they want, but to me Ten Hag rejected us.

He signed a new contract pronto, he obviously wasn't interested. What is most likely is he saw a Tottenham with no defined style of play, no ethos, a chairman who lurches from one thing to t'other, a mish-mash of a squad, no DOF at that point, a club that struggles to scout/identify players, no one running the youth side of things and little in the way of development pathways ..................... and thought nah, I'll stick with the comparative paradise, supportive environment, and basically complete antithesis to us that is Ajax.

If a manager’s main job was to pick eleven players any of us mugs could do it well. Simplistic in the extreme. That’s the easy bit.
So basically your a clueless keyboard warrior that posts for the sake of it without any actual opinion on the tactical side of the game.

I thought things were bad but I’ve just seen someone on Facebook suggesting we sack Nino and give Steve Bruce the job ?

I thought they exercised an option immediately on his contract...

Why don't you just answer the previous question. Another question for you to answer, were you happy with the starting line up?
It’s not about the line up. It’s about the tactics. Why are we constantly going down the middle and not using the wide areas? That’s down to the manager not the lineup!

In 9 games this season, that is the 3rd time we have registered ZERO shots in the second half.

Apparently.

Who even cares.

Fuck off Tottenham.

Without a doubt. Absolutely everything wrong at spurs now boils down to Levy. He’s an extraordinary businessman and is the reason we’re now where we are at. I won’t deny him that. However he’s a shit football man and should have nothing to do with the decisions made on the football side. I think he’s dropped another horrendous decision by appointing Paratici, to be honest.

Our board are just as big as fuck up as our manager.

More protests need to happen but they won’t, because our mentality is weak, just like the team & owners.

I don’t think we ever made a serious offer for Potter at all. I think we went in for Poch, Conte, ten Hag (but fucked him off with a low ball offer), Fonseca, then Paratici came in and we changed tack - going for defensive managers in Gattuso and Nuno. I know Potter was linked in a soft way but I don’t think we made him a proper offer to try and tempt him.

The 'burnt out' thing comes from the end of his time with Wolves. He said he felt 'burnt out' by his time there and needed a break. Then we employ him a couple of months later.

I'm not going to criticise the man for feeling like he needed time away from football. That happens to all of us at various points of our careers, but really it should have sounded a massive fucking alarm bell during our manager search. Did he really feel he'd had enough time away, or were we a job he didn't feel he could turn down? I don't know, but it sure feels like we are being managed by a man who needs a proper break to recharge.

He was cheap and agreed to a short contract so he's also cheap to sack.

Levy's top two most important criteria.

there are plenty of reports from accredited journalists and verified ITKs that he was Paratici's man and Nuno didn't want him. If you can show me even one report from a reliable source saying Levy wanted him because he was free, I'll take back my statement.
The same ppl said Conte was done, ten hag was done etc ?
We don't know everything because it's Levy who still push the trigger.

They all said what they heard from there source but then Levy changed his mind and we ended up Nuno.

How come went from Conte - ten hag - Fonseca - Nuno?
The other guys either costed money to get or wanted to invest money into the squad. Nuno was free and happy to take anything he got

Edit: it's no itk bashing, they are telling us what they heard and it was true at that time but a lot change and it changes fast

I’m sorry you’re upset but it’s not my fault. Go and have a beer.
Mate I'm not upset whatsoever. Your the one with no answer to the questions. We lost to a team that finished above us last season and took 4pts off us to boot so I'm not surprised by the result at. You on the other are the one who's upset.
