I think that as Paratici hired him he could well be trying to defend him.Wasn't there ITK that Paratici was still fighting Nuno's corner? If that's true, surely they should both go???
We’ve had ITK to say that Nuno has pissed Paratici off, so I doubt FP is pushing for him to stay.
By all accounts Nuno has gone and all that’s left is an announcement.
Put all of this together and there is a feeling among the players that Nuno has not made much of an impression during his four months in the job. There is not a revolt against him and he is not as unpopular as Mourinho was at the end of his tenure.
There is some respect for his integrity and the way that he goes about his work but at the same time, the players have not especially enjoyed his training sessions or his approach to the game, and there is a sense among the players that Nuno is not the sort of charismatic dominant figure, overseeing all aspects of the football club, that, in their individual ways, both Pochettino and Mourinho managed to be.
Lord Sugar just unzipped and pissed on all of our chips this morning:
That would be good to see. Army of Spurs fans in Conte style hair pieces.I've decided Conte's coming and I'm not listening to anything else. See you at the press conference on Wednesday lads. My celebratory hair piece is on order for the occasion.
No thanks. The horrors of Edgar David's dreadlock wigs still haunt me.That would be good to see. Army of Spurs fans in Conte style hair pieces.
Like the geordies with the Arab get ups.
Really. I’ve never taken mine off.No thanks. The horrors of Edgar David's dreadlock wigs still haunt me.

Hence the exact reason why I'd only want him back for 10 minutes .....Would be a good idea if Sugar hadn’t been the worst chairman in our history and the reason we went from being a top club regularly winning trophies to a club finishing 11th every year in the 90s/00s.
This to be honest, comes across as a nice fella, just make a decision and move onWhilst I totally agree that he has to go I do feel some sympathy for Nuno. He seems a decent man but was never the correct fit for us and frankly didn't stand a chance. We all knew what his style of play was, how did he ever get the job.
I know a lot of people on here don’t like Ricky Sacks, but he was brilliant on Sky this morning.
