Has Groves spent the last twelve months just running into traffic and being hit by buses and trucks? The shots he took in that opening quarter should've shaken him up but he's still taking them and he's still bouncing around on his toes, even got a couple of real solid shots in that round and put Froch on the back foot for the first time, but both fighters appear to be shaking the punches off like not much.

i don't know if its experience but its pretty easy as you just look at the ones that land on body or head not arms or gloves like froch
