Not strictly true, there is a number of factors that can cause like allergy.

Im working with two people who have this atm, one is incredibly fit and runs 10k's yet has it in his left leg and the other is fat but its not down to him being fat as tests show heart and blood flow is fine. They think at the moment its down to allergies or it being down to a rare side effect of medication.

Its quiet serious as the medication that stops it does hurt the kidney or it being dangerous so therefore constantly monitored
