If the story of AVB staying in London is true then to me it sounds like a last grasp of convincing Bale to stay from AVB.

Sounds just like a romantic comedy.

Scene:

AVB sits in his seat in pondering life without Bale, trying to accept it. But suddenly he looks up with fire in his eyes.

"No... Not like this", he muttered under his breath with raspy but also sexy voice.

AVB jumps out of his seat and looks for the exit. Freund notice the comotion.

"Andre, what are you doing?", Freund called out confused.
"I can't let it end like this, I will not let this happen Steffen!", AVB replied with conviction.

Freund looks deeply into Andres fiery eyes for a short moment, then he nods silently.

"Go, I'll hold the fort untill you are back with our boy!", Freund said with pride in his voice.

AVB smiles and in a flash he is heading out the door.

"You can't leave, we are already airborn!", a stewardess called out.

AVB turns arround, looks into her eyes. And as their eyes locked together she knew he had to go and there was nothing she could do to stop him.

"Tell the pilot to slow down a bit for me, okay Babe?", said AVB.
"Yes, sir. Right away, sir.", she replied and blushed, obviously in love.

AVB kicked the door of the jet open and without hesitation he leaped out in a heroic fashion. He closed his eyes as he fell.

"I don't need my eyes to judge where the ground is, I just need my heart, and my heart is already on the ground!", he thought.

The ground was coming closer at a fast rate. AVB pictured Bale smiling, dancing like he did that night in June when they first met. Just as AVB was about to hit the ground he, using his raspy, low voice started humming.

"Hhhhhhuuuuuuuuuuuuuummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!"

The pitch was so low that it affected the fabric of time and time stoped! He was hovering, just centimeters of the ground. AVB continued his humming. He stood up and looked arround. By chance or fate he had landed back at the airport. AVB stoped humming and time resumed like nothing had happened.

AVB started to run. He knew he had to stop Bale before he got on the plane to Madrid. He ran into the lobby and rushed to the front of the queue to buy a ticket.

"I need to buy a ticked to flight MDRIDSUXA55, I need to get on that plane!, AVB said to the woman at the counter.
"I'm sorry sir but the flight just left!", she said and pointed out the window at a plane leaving the runway, she was obviously in love with AVB.

With a somber look on his face AVB turned arround and started to head for the exit. Rain poured down outside as he wept silent man tears.

"Hey you.", a familiar voice spoke softly.

AVB turned arround, wiping his tears away with the back of his hand.

"You, you are here, you didn't leave?", AVB stuttered.
"No, I realised that I was wrong and I waited here because I knew you would come back for me.", Bale said with a big loving smile on his face.

The men embraced each other and let out a sigh of releif.

"Promise me you'll never do anything like this again!", said AVB.
"I don't know what to say, I'm sorry.", Bale replied.

AVB released Bale from his grasp and looked into his eyes.

"Lets not speak of it again.", he said.

And before Bale had a chance to reply AVB pressed his lips against Bale and they kissed.

I know opinions can't be wrong, but this is a bit stupid. Why on Earth would AVB threaten to quit when we have already backed him big time this window. If Gareth goes we are likely to try to bring in replacements so this is just plain ridiculous.
