Gareth Bale is running out of patience. His anger is only growing as the days tick by. The Welshman thinks that Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy has gone too far. He doesn't understand why Levy has to continue blocking negotiations when the biggest transfer fee in the history of football has already been laid on the table.
Bale feels that he's done everything humanly possible to arrange his transfer to Real Madrid on amicable terms that suit all parties involved. That said, his efforts in good faith appear not to have been reciprocated. He's tried to do the business without resorting to any kind of public clash, but if his hand is forced, he'll do it. He's unwavering, and Levy knows it.
Bale is biting his tongue for the good of a transfer that, sooner or later, will be completed. He'll only use the final bullet he has left in the chamber if he sees his desired transfer to Real Madrid put at risk at the last minute.
And it all relates to a bargain that Levy has not kept. The chairman gave his word that if Real Madrid came asking and Tottenham hadn't qualified for the Champions League then he would entertain negotiations. That's not what's happened. The Welshman feels betrayed, and he's considering making his feelings public so that he's no longer perceived as the 'bad guy' by Tottenham fans.
