I don't find it laughable at all.
Bale doesn't fit in at Real Madrid due to Ronaldo, and has had his inury problems, but he is an absolute match winner and I am not convinced Neymar at Real will be afforded any more luxuries than Bale was, not until Ronaldo is prepared to hang up his boots.
As for Lewandowski, he and Neymar both Play in the Forwards role (Neymar 10, Lew. 9, Bale 11), so why not the comparison? I agree Lewandowski is on his way out though.
You're comparing your idea of Bale - along with some random theories on why it hasn't worked for him at Real - with the reality of Neymar, someone who's been in the top 3 or 4 for the Ballon d'Or for the past 5 years.
Again, Bale, who Real are willing to get rid of in his supposed prime for £20m less than they bought him, or Neymar, who Real are reportedly willing to fork out £250m to replace him.
So sorry but, yes, unless we see actual proof that Bale is still capable of performing at Neymar's level, it is laughable.
As for Lewandowski, yeh him and Bale are both forwards in the same way Son and Kane are both forwards. But if discussing players you could replace Kane with you'd never mention Son, hence why the comparison is pointless.
