What's new

Good to see Digger, Salty and Murphy celebrating avoiding the drop.

I have had a shameful soft spot for watching these ex spurs play with Fulham.

It was great to watch them all celebrating at the end of the game together.

Murphy did his usual disappearing act and scoring out of nowhere routine.

to be fair both davies and murphy have been pretty instrumental in keeping fulham up from what i can see.. davies even looked in flashes like the player he used to be.. pleased for them both really

Agree with the Davies comments.

I have been impressed with his form of late with Fulham. His showing the sort of form many of us (Spurs) thought him capable of.

I have a soft spot for Fulham too - I think McBride symbolises a professional attitude and passion that you don't find too often these days.

I'll also be a fan of any team Salty plays for. Interestingly, there's a die-hard Fulham fan in my office (who's understandably ecstatic after assuming they were going down for the last 2 months) who says that Salty has been fantastic defensively but not great going forward. I always thought he showed the opposite with us, but there you go.

Good for them - I'd rather have them in the league than the other lot anyway.

MUAHHAHA!!! I dunno why, i figured it was a fair comment, but it was Gibbs - not actually worth rep, but i got a little curious as to how much neg rep i can actually wipe out and, with my evil powers, i turned Gibbs rep green... oh yes, i got that power :|

Gibbs. Green bean. fear my rep-power.

Haha. I feel like I have been cleansed in the water of lake Minitaka.

I should take a screen capture as it will only last a few seconds.

What I liked is that Murphys face didn't change: He was DANCING and his expression was still furrowed brow/serious/miserable look. Maybe he was power dancing and really getting into it?

Fulham are kind of my second team anyway-if I was pushed into choosing one. I have been to watch them at the Cottage numerous times so I was hoping they would stay up anyway but makes it even sweeter with all the Spurs boys in their side now.

gotta be honest, i've always had a soft spot for Fulham!! fair play to them!!!

They've always been the minnows of London, but like you, do have some good feelings towards them. Back in the 60s, they had some more than useful players like Johnny Haynes, George Cohen, Alan Mullery and of cpurse Bobby Robson. Another good one was the Scottish left winger Graham Leggatt who came over to Canada and was for a long time the football pundit on TSN.

Fulham play proper football .

Reading are my local team and I had this awful nightmare about the Royals and the Fools going down .

Nothing against Mc Cleish .

Looking forward to seeing what Roy Hodgson can do .

Didn't Bristol City look exciting against Palace tonight :(
