It doesn’t have to be single-handed, the fact that he contributed at all to the downfall of our season is disgraceful. European qualification was in our hands despite Mourinho and despite Mason, and if we’d shown up against Leeds or Villa we’d be in a far stronger position moving into next season. Nobody is saying that’s the single contributing factor to the way our season is ending. That’s an assumption you’re making.

However Harry Kane is the last person you’d expect to do these interviews when we still have/had things to fight for this season. There’s absolutely no doubt that it’s disrupted us. You’d expect him to go about his business in a much classier way considering the amount of love he supposedly has for his boyhood club.
