This obviously means he watched an old film noir last night, probably The Maltese Falcon but the plot baffled the fuck out of him, so he had an early-ish night, staying up until 9.30pm instead of 9.40pm, ordered two soft boiled eggs with soldiers for breakfast, but he's caked so a bit of a wastrel, he left two soldiers to guard the plate.
