Hello all...

I'm getting my boyfriend the new away shirt for his birthday, but we live up North o I can't buy it in any of the shops and check out the sizes - can someone give me a bit of help if they've got one?

The last shirt he got defintely has the Thomson, not Mansion sponsor on, but I can't remember who made it - were all Thomson ones Kappa? It's a dark blue away shirt, not unlike the one at the moment - I think it's about 2004/05?

If that's a Kappa one then are the Puma sizes much different? Are they quite fitted (like the one mentioned above) or a bit looser like the older ones?

I'm all confused cause I can't find a picture of it and I need to order one ASAP...

Thanks in advance :)

Yeah, they're all different to before. How tall is he? is he chubby or like a rake?
If he's under 6ft and normal weight/build, cant go wrong with medium. If 6ft and above with ever-so-slight man boobs (like me) go large, dont go XL, its massive on me and I'm 15 stone.

He's like a rake, about 6ft - doesn't like em baggy but don't want to get one too tight either! Are the Puma ones a bit of a looser fit?

Thanks

I have the blue away shirt in Large. I'm about 6'1 feet high- 186 cm and it fits me like a glove.

I was XXXL in kappa 6ft 3 about 14 stone

I'm an XL in Puma which is if I'm honest is just a little bit too big still it gives room for my beer gut to grow into!

This years Puma is way better than last years Puma and it's closer to the Kappas. If he is very skinny then he should get into a small no problem. I'm a little over-weight and I can get into a medium. What is his chest measurement? If it's 34 or higher get him a medium. If he's a 32 then he should get into a small might be a little tight.

The main problem I've had with the Puma's is they're actually pretty odd with the shoulders. My medium is maybe even slightly baggy but the small didn't really sit right on my shoulders and the medium isn't perfect. Last season I could fit into a small but couldn't get my arms in! I could do it comfortably with a large but then it was really baggy.

Brilliant, thanks for all your help - I've no idea what his chest measurement is but it sounds like he could get in a small. Just wish I could find one up here so I could look at it!

Thanks agian all

hi, i'm about to buy the home shirt, but i still don't know which size to pick..
i'm 5.9 tall (179 cm), and i'm quite "skinny" as you english people say.. i'm still hesitating between S or M..

about the lettering behind the shirt, i heard a few weeks ago there were problems with it ? things like "KE A N E" or stuff like this.. is this resolved ?

and finally, should i buy it on the official site or on kitbag ?
thanks for your help :hello:

I'm 6ft 1, and a bit fatter than thin... Medium is too small and Large is too big. :-(

Hadn't realised that Puma were a larger fit.

Went into the local sport shop recently, and after sending the very attractive assistant with the size medium JLo arse up the ladder to fetch a 125 year Spurs shirt, I declined to buy because it was only XL which is tight in Kappa (didn't try it on... "even though I would like to"...).

Sounds like I should go back and ask her to climb that ladder again.

Oh the joys of life.
