I felt extremely proud of Harry when he got up after receiving that terrible kick to his head and carried on playing. I was also very pleased the ref sent the perpetrator off. As a young schoolboy we were taught to play hard but always fairly and it frustrates the hell out of me the way the game has gone in this respect. Even at Tottenham we've had our fair share of lads that go for the theatrical, including Gareth Bale, and whilst I accept that it's part of the modern game I simply detest it

Kane was lucky that tackle could have been worse. Very very high tackle and possible long term damage. Full credit he picked himself off and wanted to play on. If he had been South American, Spanish , or Italian we would have subjected to the rolling in pain, stretcher and 10 minutes of injury time. Kane is a lion of a man. Full respect my son.
