How much more talent have we got coming through the ranks?

So by this list full backs are still our problem. I know about KWP but a long way from the first team currently. Any others of note coming through

Wouldn't say so. I don't know how many can come through in a generation, but we have:
Fredericks (22, RB) who could play for us now
Ogilvie (18, LB) who since coming back from his long injury has started to look like the same player as last year. I think he could be in and around the squad at LB for us. He is like a leftside Charlie, serious player time on the ball and can take a freekick
Walker-Peters (17, RB/LB) Primarily a RB but can play LB almost as good. He could legitimately be in around next year.
Brown (16, LB) Will be a few years before we can properly judge however he has started playing u18s for us this year and also represents Eng u16s.

I don't think there is a rush to throw our full backs in with Walker, Yedlin, Rose and Davies all young a decent, but for the next couple of years we are sufficiently covered.

I don't know, I have seen alot of him including for England then again we have made some silly decisions but also might of partly been because for other reasons involving Mel Johnson

Also the club had a policy in which each player had a price on their head. Thankfully the we put in a buy back clause it seems on Luongo though at one point the swindon press have been telling us that we had a 40% sell on fee

Everyone that watched Luongo play knew he was better than that level and they tried to send cebellos who wanted to stay

I don't really know what the problem is but I have always got the idea that some coaches don't rate him as much as our other top players and the same with youth watchers. Like you I have always liked him and never doubted that he'd be a PL player and it looks like that's the way he is going, and I'm seeing people who previously haven't rated him come round.

@lottie222 which players do you not rate?

I would have rather seen Fredericks given a go than buying yedlin, its not fair on him

What isn't fair?

That there is healthy competition for places?

We've surely, by now, seen enough of Poch to know that academy graduates will be given a chance and that, if they perform better than the more expensive and celebrated signings, they will earn their place in the team regardless.
