I know that we won and that’s the most important thing but once again I wasn’t impressed with our performance
And Eric Dier has been our worst player for a while, he needs to be benched

You’re being flippant about my point and steeping it in pedantry for good measure.
 You said we played a formation poorly the last 18 months as if it was a regular thing, but only played it once. 352 and what we played today aren't the same thing. Not even remotely.

Three points, clean sheet, job done. Not a vintage performance by any means but we saw the game out professionally in the second half.

Really hope Jan's substitution was precautionary because Dier will undoubtedly cost us against Barca. Think we learned today that we have to change the midfield on Wednesday.

Had to win that and we did, especially with Arsenal winning again.

Didn’t follow the match either so I have nothing to moan about :D.

Huddersfield has to be the worst team in the league.
Never seen a game with so many soft free kicks

Good win away, clean sheet, Harry scoring again and all without Lloris, Eriksen and Verthongen for 45 minutes.

Glad we were able to grind out the win with such a patchy performance. We need to be a 1000% better come Wednesday.

We seem to have lost the ability to control football matches and we surrender possession far too easily. I know it's difficult when another team are pressing you all over the pitch but we aren't helping ourselves much with the lazy passes and lack of concentration when with the ball. We seem to have lost that extra 5% that you need to be assured.

At least Sanchez and Toby dealt with everything thrown at them and were very solid.

I've stuck up for Dier numerous times in the past but that performance was simply unacceptable. We won't win anything with him clanging around. I wouldn't be surprised if his pass accuracy is under 50%, it makes it even worse that a lot of his passes were unforced!!
He is such a lazy passer sometimes, doesn't bother to look over his shoulder before releasing it as he is expecting someone to be in that position. His forward passing wasn't much better, continuously playing it to no-one or way off it's intended target. He is a concern right now and Poch needs to come up with a magical formula. Praying Wanyama and Winks can get up to speed.

Lucas did well enough but I'm still not sure we are at our best with him on the pitch, probably a harsh assessment of him as he is clearly a danger but I thought he could have done better in a few instances.

Definitely the worst/most naïve defensively by some distance. Both seasons we have played up there its been unbelievably easy to play in behind them and (threaten to) run riot. I couldn't believe the commentary team praising them for giving there all, because that didn't extend to any attempts at the defensive aspects of the game.

I won’t post beyond this one on the matter but if you’ve not seen us play a 343 with two players flanking Kane at all this last 18 months than you must’ve missed a lot of Spurs matches. I’m putting you on ignore now but I’m sure everyone else will find your response as ridiculous as I would have. (y)

Sanchez and Toby were first to nearly everything in the air today, that's what won us the game today. Gazza made a couple of good saves. Still a little concerned about Kane and his form/fitness, a couple of goals don't change that. I think most people are now of the opinion that Dier should be nowhere near our midfield. Dembele is like your favourite childhood helium balloon slowly deflating bit by bit before your eyes. Investment needed in the middle of the park for sure. If it wasn't for decisions going our way in that first half we'd be looking at a 0-0 at very best . Still, onwards and upwards!

So childish. Name three games between now and the start of last season we played with two players flanking Kane. I'll wait
