being upset about mouts really distracted me from thinking about this signing but now that ive got a clear head and have time to really think about it... wow.
we got him for what... 8 million pounds?
he's definitely top 10, potentially a top 5 GK, not to mention he's France's captain. he's going to be HUGE. behind every great team is a great GK, and now we finally have ours. 6-12 months out and looking back, I think he will be our biggest/most important signing of the summer.

Not sure how I feel about this. On the one hand, 4 out of 5 of our world-class defense can easily communicate in a way that most opposition players won't even understand. On the other hand, there's going to be a slew of Maginot Line jokes every time we get scored on.
