I think the true test of a situation like this is; What would be our reaction if one of "Our own" acted in this manner?
Most on here would be embarassed at such churlish behaviour I would think?

"Tottenham Hotspur take centre stage at arsenal cup celebrations"
If anyone is any doubt how important we are to them:)

It was the same when Chelsea won the CL and they immediately started singing about us. The excuse then was that they'd stopped us getting into the CL. Call me crazy but the last thing on my mind would be Arsenal or Chelsea if we'd just won the Champions League!

I'm not offended by Wilshere leading the chants about us, although I do think it was right his club made him apologise to anyone that was offended(presumably by the bad language). I do hope if our players ever end up having something to celebrate then they'd concentrate on celebrating it with pro-Spurs songs rather than anti-Arsenal songs. The Chadli celebration was explained, he said it was in reaction to taunts he'd got from the home fans(all standard derby stuff, of course) and obviously running to the other end to celebrate with Spurs fans would've been a waste of energy with so long left to play. I'd be pissed off if he ever did that at White Hart Lane though.

Gotta love the old saying...'better to be talked about, than not at all'!!

Honestly, all the little gimp has done is demonstrate that we are very significant to them lol.

Some footballers are just so thick. I mean, there's nothing worse than being completely insignificant and never mentioned. This is the complete reverse. In their moment of triumph they've still got us on the brain :ROFLMAO:

I honestly do not give a **** what Wilshire says. The whole club lacks class, you only have to take a look at the player reaction to the NLD result.

He's shifting from being the man people love to hate, to the man people just hate. From Simon Cowell to Piers Morgan.

I only just watched the video. I was laughing the whole time because Alexis Sanchez looks so confused.

I'm actually, loving it they win a cup and the first thing they think of is spurs. Two years ago the celebrated finishing above us at Newcastle liked they had won the league.
Remember when they ignored us and called utd their rivals.
Wiltshire is a west ham fan and is simply appealing to the mongs in their support.
Two thousand of them stood out in the rain to sing about spurs.I wouldn't do that.

And Wiltshire most of all.

That is all.
Sour grapes. Your reaction is exactly what they want and if they were aware of it, it would delight them immensely. Jack is a scum fan through and through, what do you expect? He can say what he wants no matter how provocative especially in celebration. If we had won the cup and Harry Kane led anti-scum chants, I'm sure you wouldn't take issue with it.

I'm glad the rivalry means something to some of the players. It adds more drama when we play them. And adds more satisfaction when we beat them.

Heh, Arsenal win FA Cup and all people are talking about after the victory parade is Spurs... :coffee:

Why waste time "hateing" Arsenal when Chelsea exist? :playful:

If we're shit as he/they say how come we finished 5th? That's means there are a heck of a lot of teams below us that come lower than shit - is that even possible?

Is it weird that I love it? When so many players are mercenaries in modern professional sports, I genuinely enjoy seeing players take part in rivalries. I enjoy hating that little fucker for moments like this, just as much as I enjoy watching Chadli score in the Emirates and gesture towards the Arse supporters:

Give me this kind of thing any day opposed to seeing players in the tunnel prematch for big derbies laughing it up and shaking hands with the opposition. Fuck that, get into it.

Yes, and the arsehole of a ref (Michael Oliver) booked him for that gesture. I don't think anyone in the history of football had ever been booked for doing that before. Chadli looked absolutely stunned, and quite rightly.

You know, people ask me why I hate the bastards so much. They just don't get it.
