• Tottenham have kept just one clean sheet in their last 16 away games in the league.
• Spurs have recouped 21 points from losing positions this season - more than any other top-flight side.
• Tottenham have committed just 309 fouls this season, fewer than any other team in the league.
• Benoit Assou-Ekotto has made 93 interceptions this season, more than any other player.

nice stat that shows spurs are the team most likely to be found playing a good natured clean attack based game. similar stats in recent seasons too ever since arnesen and jol came in.

That's probably the stat that I'm most proud of out of all of the ones we have. We play the game the right way.

On the interceptions thing, major props to Benni for that, though I do have to wonder, if Sandro had more games under his belt just how many he would have, he must have had over 30 in two matches against Milan alone.

Might also show that we mark space a bit too much and don't get our foot stuck in like other hustling teams do. I wouldn't mind a bit more grit from our players tbh.

Ever since I started looking at the fair play leagues, probably around 2000, we've always been in the top 3.

I reckon a good portion of those committed fouls are caused by Crouch's insistence on placing his arms over the shoulders of defenders when heading the ball.
