I would love Maddison. I think he is the best out of what we have been linked with at AM. WLB said they aren't entertaining offers so prob/def won't happen. He is their best player by a long shot and i just don't see this deal going through as much as i want it too. Plus with Djed, means we can sign a foreign AM

I reckon Leicester gambled on getting CL last couple of seasons and it didn't happen and now they are fucked.

Maddison would be brilliant, a shame they aren't entertaining talks.

Herc thinks it’s doable so we’ll see.

He would be such a huge statement signing if we could somehow pull this off. I think this maybe be one to keep an eye on, depending on how urgently we want an AM in. If there's no rush then I can see us waiting for Leicester to start panicking near the end of the window if they really do need the money and haven't made any sales.

As long as we can still sign the CB we also need and doesn't affect the AM purchase whether they be HG or Foreign, then it would be worth waiting.

He would definitely go up another level or 2 playing with better players and would essentially be the true like for like Eriksen replacement.

Seeing as my £50 is safe from Gvardiol not signing, I'll pop the same £50 donation up here if he signs. I'm pretty sure my money is safe.

I can't imagine they did, surely they can't be that stupid.
Although their close shave season before last has probably nailed them down as also rans from now on.

This one does make a lot of sense. Proven commodity, helps again with HG and more squad flexibility, pretty young, fits a hole in the squad. The only thing not to like is Maddison’s style/doucheness, apparently.

We already now love Richarlison, I think by page 75 we are universally accepting of Maddison.

If you're not taking a player that according to WhoScored and TransferMarkt played LW, RW, CAM, and even CM that contributed 18 goals and 12 assists in the same competitions we played in last season to your squad then you don't want us to succeed.

Would still like slightly more of a lock-picker type but you can't argue with his output and as a HG player with 2 years left on the contract this would make a lot of sense, especially if Tanganga is the CB to leave.

I've been advocating for a creative midfielder who can both play out wide or in a midfield 3 all summer and Maddison fits this like a glove, whilst giving set-piece threat. Prem proven too, and approaching his prime.

2 years left on his contract and Id imagine he would want to be part of the project. Added to the fact we prob still have chunks to spend I think this may be a goer.
It wont be easy to get done but if we chuck Winks into then you never know?‍♂️

Didn't realize he put up such good numbers last season. Feels slightly similar to Grealish in that he's their best player, English which is always nice, and you feel has levels to go up to. Fully want him now, he can play as a forward, in the hole, maybe even in the pivot, would be perfect.

Whenever Ndidi is healthy I put Maddison in my fantasy team, does great when he doesn't have to defend much. With Bissouma, Skipp, Hojbjerg, Bentancur already here he would do well for sure. Plus Vio would have a set-piece expert.

We are in talks. Leicester very reluctant. But his contract and more takes it out of Rodgers hands. Would be an excellent acquisition. We are willing to pay. Turning your nose up at him (some) is baffling. I personally hope it happens. Plenty work to do. Winks in the mix as well.

Thanks, Herc. Would be a fantastic signing. Can't find a better deal for a homegrown player of his quality at a position of need/depth.
