I don’t think you can say with any certainty that we are passive - we’ve signed 7 players and are still seeing who is available that fits what Conte wants. Just because we haven’t signed a player you want doesn’t mean we aren’t working on deals that haven’t been reported yet.

It seems to me we got our main business done early.

Richarlison, Perisic, Lenglet, Bissouma, Udogie, Spence and Forster were all pretty straightforward deals to do as the players were available no one better than us appeared interested.

We're now working on player sales and Paratici doesn't appear to be someone who sits back twiddling his thumbs waiting for stuff to happen. There is no doubt in my mind that we are working on deals but who we get will partly depend on who we sell and if the players become available.

I like the working out but A+C said if we worked out what he was on about it would be nuclear as the name causes chaos... im not sure any player has caused as much debate as Traore the last couple of seasons so as much as I hope you are right I have a feeling its Traore and Herc's not happy with us signing him.

I guess if he's not unhappy now(he does look it) he soon will be. With Vardy now close to being finished and Schmeichel being sold it's almost just him and Barnes left, the rest look like real relegation fodder.
