Chicharito has deliberately used the Confed Cup in Russia to raise its stock. It is well known that West Ham United, Olympique Lyon and Tottenham Hotspur show great interest. On the price tag for the "pea" (contract until 2018) are 15 million withdrawal.

I don't think you're allowed to make a £15m withdrawal.

Most places have a £1,000 maximum.

Clearly bollocks.

I think this guy is great, 1-1 needing a goal who would'nt want this guy coming off the bench.

I think he'd a be a great foil for Harry but could also play up top on his own.

A 3-4-1-2 formation with Dembele, Alli and Eriksen taking up the CM/AM roles behind Kane and Chicarito would be delicious

As with last season I'd certainly take him. Real threat off the bench in his Utd days, more ready to go than Janssen. Maybe get VJ out on loan and bring Hernandez in.

Sure Levy would like the raised profile in Mexico/USA too.

West Ham are showing great interest eh?

I say we should wait until the deal to them is almost done. He's having a medical at West Ham, all the West Ham fans are saying "He's our new 20 goal a season man, move over Andy Carroll" and "He'll be better than Zaza!" and they all go out and get their 2017/18 Chicarito jerseys printed, put new Chicarito banners on the West Ham wall of fame (alongside of Andy Carroll's very good goal), and the fans start saying they'll finally make top 4.

Then Levy swoops in, Chicarito says "He wants to go to a good club, enraging West Ham fans and he goes and signs for us. :troll:

Of course they are. He's a striker.

They're currently like the horny but ugly guy at the start of a night out, casting their eyes and making suggestive winks at all of the most attractive girls in sight.

However they'll ultimately be knocked back or usurped by more impressive suitors, and they'll soon reach 3am desperately offering to buy a drink for the female janitor who's coming in to clean up everyone's piss...i.e. they'll try and buy Danny Graham.

How is a player 'deliberately used' in an International context to 'raise their stock'? Mexico aren't selling him.

Aside from the article being obvious bullshit nothing Hernandez did in this tournament would have raised his stock. I'd take the orc Hector Herrera in a heartbeat but nobody else in that Mexico side looks worth buying.

Never judge players based on an international tournament.

Never judge players based on an international tournament.

His career goals to game ratio is 1 : 2.5 which is actually pretty good (and weirdly gets slightly better when you take out the goals from his time in Mexico).

He's played at big clubs and in competitive leagues and his goals speak for themselves.

We could do a lot worse as an alternative to Kane (and in fact someone who could play with him if needed).

I still believe in Janssen, but Chicharito could be a perfect striker for us. He showed at Leverkusen under Schmidt that he can play the pressing game and score plenty of goals while doing it.

He's good but age really isn't on his side now

Why are we not going for Sandro Ramirez with his £7m buyout clause?

We have been linked previously, is a good age and scores goals yet it appears we are allowing Everton a free run at him.

Seems strange!
