No brainer for me.... Hernandez is a consistent goal scorer in the PL too.... lets hope this one is true albeit I doubt it, we will waste 20m on king I can see it already as despite how many changes we change our scouts we make the same errors.

11 league goals this past season, 1 CL goal and 1 cup goal. So 13 goals total not counting internationals

I do respect him, as a man and a footballer. He's just not good enough to play for teams that want to win a lot of matches.

Would absolutely love Hernandez. Always been a fan of him.

Even though he missed a sitter against us he was always a nuisance and his work rate was brilliant.

No doubting his ability in the penalty box, he has brilliant awareness and his finishing is excellent and also deceptively quick. With his premier league experience and especially at that rumored price (£15m) I can understand Poch being interested.

He would be a great back up to Kane and even a better strike partner.

Since he's a veteran he'd also hopefully be someone who can pass on his experience to guys like Janssen and Sterling as well

This has come up every window since he left Man Utd. My opinion is still the same:

Would be a great back-up striker / super-sub and would add a dynamic to our squad that we've been missing since Defoe left. Highly unlikely to happen though, because he will be after regular starts.

I'd have liked to see him in our squad....I think he'd slot in smoothly with our style. His work rate is never in doubt when I've seen him play.

I know he's quite old but if he's £13m then he could be worth a punt.

Granted nothing is certain in this game

We do exist in a reality whereby West Ham can most probably blow us out of the water for wages however. Not to mention game time.

Would be funny if we ended up taking him from them though! My stance towards King has loosened slightly of late however.
