Erm, doesn't it kind of depend at what point during the stretch the picture was taken?
they should keep training till they drop, then when they come to matches, it'll seem like a walk in the park, opposed to to training being a walk in the park and dropping during matches
Better fitness will help but confidence will be better though.
No I'm pretty sure a load of people who sit on Internet forums know exactly how stretching should be done.

i do!
I did loads of this when i did athletics as a youngster and then when i started on some coaching courses.
Having your leg straight doesnt matter. Some people cant straighten their legs anyway..im one of them, never have and never will now. It all depends on how much your muscles can streach. And for walm ups and down you only want to feel a slight pull on the muscle to warm it up
:rofl:Ramos: mire el dedo agradable
Gus: Look at my nice finger
Clive: yeah it is nice
Gus: sí es agradable
Ramos: ¡El mejor!
Gus: The Best!
Clive: the best i've ever seen
Gus: el mejor he visto jamás
Ramos: bueno
Gus: good
well i've been doing Martial arts since i was about 8 and if you're stretching all the time its quite easy to keep your leg straight no matter who you are.
unless you're the hudd and infact can't even lay on your back without rolling over.
I can well believe that if you're stretching from the age of 8 you could certainly do it, I came to martial arts late and because of that I couldn't get my leg straight in a stretch like that. No doubt I could improve, but only so far I reckon, I wouldn't be able to get my leg straight. Not like the girl who took one of the classes, she could get her ankle over her shoulder while standing on the other leg.
